Crisis Mitigation & Response, LLC is an Information technology (IT), Emerging Technologies, and Emergency Management Consulting firm. We provide strategic advisory services for state-led and locally-led implemented crisis, emergency, and disaster management programs.
Our firm designs and deploys localized, highly resilient solutions to ensure continuous access to critical data and operational information during network outages or infrastructure failures—ensuring tactical continuity whether at the client's facilities or at a location of opportunity. Additionally, we assist in the development and maintenance of facilities equipped to coordinate and support sustained response and recovery operations.
The firm’s founder brings over 30 years of federal service and over 16 years of municipal service to our clients, bridging the evolution of technology, Emerging Technologies and Crisis Management. A former Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and A+ Computer Service Technician, he has been implementing enterprise office automation since the early 1990s. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE (since 2016) and holds an advanced professional degree of Applied Scientist (Appl.Sc.) in Engineering Management with a concentration in Crisis, Emergency, and Risk Management.
